We recommend you to make the hotel reservations well in advance even before you know your paper has been accepted. Being the world design capital this year Helsinki will host lots of happenings, which means that there will be substantial demand for hotel rooms.

Hostel Academica

Hostel Academica is located in the city centre. Most of the sights in Helsinki are within walking distance of the hostel. Trams also offer you handy means of transport around town. Walking distance to the conference venue is around 15 mins.
