If you are a ICOM member or an undergraduate student or intend to pay with a credit card, please, have your cards ready. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Eurocard. You can also pay by bank transfer to the conference account.

We have an online registration system operated by TAVI Congress Bureau. All reservations (incl. social programme) should be made on the same registration form, also the programme that is included in the delegate fee. NB! The deadline for registrations to the conference has been extended until May 18th, 2012.
Student fee is limited for undergraduate students. Note that student status must be verified on site: you are required to show a proof of your student status, student ID card or a confirmation letter from your university/institute, at registration desk.

Accompanying person registers for free when the registration is done at the same time as the registration of a fully paying conference delegate. The price does not include scientific program, lunch or refreshments. Please, note that
accompanying persons can buy the lunch package for the duration of conference at cost price if they want to eat at the National Museum with the conference delegates.
When making reservations for accompanying persons, please remember to indicate the amount of tickets you want to buy for social events, if more than one.
Payment and confirmation
All payments (registration fee, social program and excursion) should be made in advance in euros (EUR) in connection with the registration. When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email.

Please use the participant's reference number when making the bank transfer. The reference number will be shown on the automatic reply that you will receive after submitting the registration form online. Payment by bank transfer is to be settled within two weeks of registration, by May 15th, 2012 the latest. After May 15th, registration is only possible by credit card payment, which will be dealt automatically.
Note!
- all payments should be made free of banking charges to the recepient
- bank drafts as well as personal, traveller's or company cheques cannot be accepted
- an invoice will be sent by request only, in which case a supplement of 10 € will be added.
- kindly mark the details (exact invoicing address and reference) for your invoice request in the 'Other Special Information' field on the online registration form. Please note, that if a new invoice needs to be issued due to incorrect or insufficient invoicing details given in the registration, the invoice fee will be charged for each invoice separately.
Confirmation of participation
TAVI Congress Bureau will confirm the participation upon receiving the registration and payments. A letter of confirmation will be sent only when your full payment has been received.
The above mentioned confirmation letter is needed eg. when applying for visa.
Cancellation and refund policy
Kindly note that all cancellations and/or changes to registration must be made in writing to TAVI Congress Bureau by e-mail: cidoc2012.conference@tavicon.fi or by fax: +358 3 233 0444.
If a cancellation for the participation is received by May 1, 2012, the registration fee will be refunded with the exception of a Cancellation fee of EUR 75. No refunds of the delegate fee or social programme participation can be made for cancellations received after May 1, 2012. Please note, that no-show does not constitute cancellation.
In a case of no-show, there will be no refund of the registration fee or social programme participation. There is no extra fee if a registration is transferred to a colleague from the same organization.
